Big Brown 2008 Kentucky Derby Winner

  In January of 2008, trainer Ric Dutrow called on Tom Curl to repair a right front Quarter Crack on a 3 year old colt named Big Brown. It was a Quarter Crack resulting from a Wall Seperation. After fourty-nine days of healing and rebuilding Big Brown's hoof, he resumed training. Weeks later he won his first race of 2008. Tom and Ric discussed a new type of Glue-On Shoe which Big Brown wore to win the 2008 Florida Derby and to win the 2008 Kentucky Derby.
